2007 is off to a great start. Sales have increased significantly over the last few months . A new Advantage software version has been released with many enhancements and increased reliability. VoIP recording is finally showing signs of becoming mainstream. Read more about the direction the market is taking below.

Another important step forward for Electrodata is that we have now entered into an outsourcing arrangement with a global manufacturer to assemble our recording systems. This means that we are still an Australian manufacturer but our lead times on new recorders should be significantly reduced while at the same time, increasing our ability to provide customers with improved levels of quality control.

A new Customer Service Manager will be starting in May. We hope that you will join us in giving him a warm welcome.

Staff Profile: Cecil Triegaardt - Business Development Manager

Cecil heads our Melbourne office and manages our Southern Region sales, responsible for VIC, SA and TAS. He has a strong telecommunications background, with Ericsson and Nortel for 15 years, together with many years experience selling voice logging recording solutions. His involvement starts with initial customer discussions, and continues through the implementation, training and post-sales support process. Having a passion for Call Centres, the mass transportation segment in Victoria has been well served by Cecil and Electrodata, providing solutions to the two major airlines, both the metropolitan and rural rail networks, and the harbour port authorities.
