| Dear [NAME], The past financial year brought great success for Electrodata with an increase in our annual sales and the hiring of new staff for our Sales, Customer Service and R&D departments. We have also released a new version of our Advantage software and this year has also seen an increase in the need for VoIP recording. Unfortunately, the year ended on a sad note. Our Global Sales Manager, Malcolm Harrison passed away quite suddenly. In November, Electrodata will be exhibiting at the 2007 Mass Transport Security Conference: 7 - 8 November 2007 at Hilton on the Park in Melbourne. This year's conference will put the spot light on the need to secure the transport system, the areas around it and the people who use it, with a focus on securing those large scale events for which mass transport are essential. 2007 Mass Transport Security Conference: 7 - 8 November 2007 Hilton on the Park, Melbourne More Information Electrodata has a number of FREE passes available for our customers for the 2-day conference. Sadly, Malcolm, our Global Sales Manager, lost his battle with cancer recently. Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and friends at this time. Malcolm will be sorely missed. Malcolm had over 40 years experience in sales and he was selling right up to the end. He was passionate about sales. He’d learnt the balance between work, family and play. Malcolm was physically small but mentally strong, a great teacher and mentor, a tough negotiator, a great husband and father and a joker. In recent times Malcolm revamped the Electrodata sales team, strategies and processes. He instilled professionalism and a customer focus, not just in the sales team but also right across the company. Consequently sales levels are high and future sales opportunities are bright. Civil Aviation Authority Bangladesh chooses Electrodata We have made flying in Bangladesh safer, thanks to our work in supplying that country’s civil airports with electronic voice logging recorders, designed and manufactured at our Rydalmere plant in Sydney. We have just completed a major project to roll out state-of-the-art digital voice logging equipment to all civil airports in Bangladesh, after winning an open tender from the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh. The aim of the project was to provide a call recording solution that has the capacity to record control tower radio communications throughout the country.
