Many of the planned Electrodata business enhancements, which have been instigated in response to our customers feedback and our ongoing business improvement proccess, are now showing promising results.

One of the areas of improvement is our customer service department, under the direction of Customer Service Manager, David Brady, we have: improved our processes; hired a new Melbourne-based service technician Rafal Krajewski who is providing better support to our customers in the South; and better product documentation.

We have also re-introduced a Product Management role within the organisation, to provide the link between marketing/sales and product development. This position is currently being filled by an ex-Alcatel employee, David Azzopardi, who will be responsible for project managing all product changes from concept through to delivery, further ensuring that Electrodata delivers products to address market needs. David will also continue with his current role of Export Business Development Management.

The next stage of our plan includes the relaunch of our QuikLog product that is specifically targeted towards the SME market. Currently we are in the process of developing a new QuikLog product version, which will be released later this year. As an incentive, we are offering you the option to buy now, at our new improved price and get a free upgrade to the new version when it’s released.

New Quiklog In The Pipeline

Requests for an update to our Quiklog software have been coming in and we have been listening. We have a new version of Quiklog on the way with a host of new features and enhancements on board. Best of all, the new version will sell for less than the old version. Who could ask for anything better then that?

Staff Profile: David Brady - Customer Service Manager

David Brady

David has over ten years experience in voice recording support. He also has a background in telecommunications; information technology, broadcast audio equipment and consumer electronics. His qualifications include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, MCSE in Windows 2000, and a Diploma in Management and Leadership in which he received the State Medal in 2000.

David started at Electrodata in May 2007 as the Customer Service Manager, having had a relationship with Electrodata for over five years as an independant installation technician and sales agent.

David understands the importance of our customer’s Voice Recorders and with the help of the team is committed to continually improving our support procedures to provide excellent Customer Service.
