Tell me again how your features translate into benefits for me?

An important question, since at the end of the day it is its value to you, our customer, that determines how important any new feature may be. Below we will explain the advantages of some of the latest features for our Advantage and Assurance recorders.

Feature:Microsoft Windows operating systems
  
Benefit:

Unlike many of our competitors who have embedded legacy DOS or OS2 logger engines, our recorders run as normal applications in a Windows operating system environment. At present, our products are supplied with XP. This means we build on the security and functionality of Windows technology and can upgrade our products instantly to the latest changes in hardware(e.g. hard disks, RAM, archive drives etc) or network enhancements. In effect we are more future-proof than our competitors.

Productivity Tools

  
Benefit:

These are replay, statistical and quality assurance clients that provides a simple method of graphically displaying the various parameters that descibe the operation of most call/contact centres. This product also allows multi-user replay of all messages stored on the recorders hard disk buffer and, in the case of eXperience, on the archiving media also. Performance graphs can be exported to Excel for formal reporting or can be displayed in a variety of formats.

Benefit:

Vastly reduced downtime for major program restoration work, what might have taken days before, now takes minutes with FDR technology

Feature:Multi-channel replay of all channels.
  
Benefit:

This allows two or more channels to be heard at once. This is very useful when several calls interact; for example the arrival of an emergency call should be followed very quickly by the dispatch of an ambulance or similar. Where the customer likes to use a talking clock as a "timing track", the time can be heard as a separate channel. The buying and selling of commodity dealers on two phones can be replayed with complete realism.

Benefit:

This is a very convenient way of looking at the complete performance of a call centre over any period, at any time in the past. This is possible since all calls from all operators can be viewed on the one screen. It is also useful to see interactive calls and has the advantage that it allows real time replay so that the position of calls relative to each other is preserved.

Benefit:

This feature allows many calls to be "spread" between speakers. If listened to with headphones, the calls appear spread around the room. This makes for convenient and very intelligible replay of all channels.

Benefit:

DDC allows our recorders to connect directly to the pairs feeding digital handsets from most modern digital PABXs. The result is perfect sound quality, free of background noise and the recording, in most cases of all CTI data passing between the handset and the switch.

Benefit:

This feature places the user manual at the fingertips of the operator, since it is available at the click of a mouse button from the Help button.
