What are the advantages in purchasing a voice logging recorder?
In acting as a silent third party on the voice and/or radio calls made by your business or yourself, a voice logging recorder can by its very presence alone, improve the standard of courtesy and efficiency of your staff. Invariably dispute levels fall dramatically as soon as a recorder is installed. When a dispute does arise, management is better able to resolve it to the satisfaction of all parties from a voice record of the transaction in question. When telephone staff are being trained, recorders are invaluable for showing how the job should (and should not) be done.
