Can I get customised solutions from Electrodata? |

Yes. We are able to customise our recording hardware and software to suit almost any need. We recently developed a 1300 agent distributed recording system for the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA) of Victoria. In this instance, the customer required dual redundant systems at two identical sites with two sets of archive tapes, one at each site, being recorded in parallel. Electrodata was able to offer ESTA a level of customisation and service that our competitors cannot match.
