Electrodata Customer Service Team always aims to provide the quick response support required by its customers. A range of support options is available to suit the needs of its customers, feel free to contact us to discuss support options. We have Telephone Help Desk Support, Remote Diagnostic Support, and On Site Support options during Business Hours and full 24 x 7 coverage if required. Our products are designed with inbuilt diagnostic tools to assist the team in resolving issues.
The team has a broad range of skills required to drive the requirements of our Customer Service Department. Currently we have 3 technical support personnel in our Sydney office and another in our Melbourne office.
The team understands the importance of our customer’s Voice Recorders and is committed to continually improving our support procedures to provide Excellent Customer Service.
The team is as follows:
David Brady - Customer Service Manager
David has over ten years experience in voice recording support. He also has a background in telecommunications; information technology, broadcast audio equipment and consumer electronics. His qualifications include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, MCSE in Windows 2000, and a Diploma in Management and Leadership in which he received the State Medal in 2000.
David started at Electrodata in May 2007 as the Customer Service Manager, and has had a relationship with the company for over five years.
Thanh Hoang – Service Engineer
Thanh has been employed at Electrodata for over eight years, working in both Research and Development and Customer Service.
Thanh has a Degree in Electrical Engineering (Majoring in Telecommunications). His qualifications and product knowledge not only provides valuable support to our customers, but also provides the link between Service and our Research and Development Team.
Paul Flood – Customer Support Technician
Paul has been employed at Electrodata for over seven years, working in Production, Research and Development and Customer Support.
Through this experience Paul has developed valuable knowledge across all of Electrodata’s product range.
Rafal Krajewski – Customer Support Technician, Southern Region
Rafal is the new blood to our service department and is providing valuable support to the southern region of Australia.
Rafal has qualifications in Information Technology and Office Management. He has ten years experience in providing computer repair and IT support.

Daylight Savings Patch Information |

Microsoft Windows based computers, including our voice recording products, require a hotfix to maintain accurate timekeeping. The following links relates to Daylight Saving changes, which can impact on the accuracy of time logging, and as a consequence the recording and replay of calls. All users of Electrodata Windows-based recording products should implement the recommended actions before midnight Saturday 29th March 2008.
