Maintaining a 34-year tradition for innovative recording products, Electrodata announces the release of a new family of recording solutions for call centres large and small. The suite comprises three software selections, (eXperience™ and Advantage™) each able to operate on one of three hardware platforms (Premium™, Classic™ and Standard™). Replay, call analysis and agent assessment is readily accomplished using a range of client productivity tools, including RapidReplayer™, CallReporter™ and CallScorer™. Telephone Recording is used in most call centres where performance tracking of agents is required or where correct telephone information may mean the difference between profit and loss or even life and death. Electrodata’s call logging recorders are used in many businesses and call centres around the world, including inbound/outbound calling in sales, media, telco, finance, and emergency sectors. eXperience™ is the software of choice when full time or part-time recording of screens and telephones are important, or when replaying over the Internet or to/from anywhere in the world. Indeed eXperience is unique in its ability to centrally archive calls from anywhere there is a network connection. There is no upper limit on the size of a geographically dispersed system when it is aggregated into one or more large systems. Advantage™ is for single site recording solution where screen capture and off-site archiving are not important. This highly cost-competitive software allows easy searching, real-time call monitoring, email messaging, saving of calls on the network and many other features. To run the above applications, Electrodata provides a range of three call servers. The Premier™ call server uses the latest Windows operating system to accommodate up to 180 channels per rack-mounting 4U console. Hardware redundancy such as dual hot-swap power supplies, and dual hard disks are supplied as standard. Hot swap internal RAID1 configurations are available together with optional dual archiving drives. External RAID5 multi-terabyte drive arrays can be used for extra storage. The Classic™ call server is for smaller installations where inputs are limited to 48 channels. A single industrial power supply and hard disk are provided by default, however more redundancy can be optionally added. The Standard call server is for systems of up to 8 channels and is intended for the smaller, budget-minded user. Electrodata is a Sydney based Australian owned and staffed company that has pioneered call logging and instant recall recording for more than three decades. Today Electrodata recorders operate in most countries around the world. The company has been a benificiary of a Federal Government R&D grant and is a member of the NSW Government’s Australian Technical Showcase (ATC) program for leading edge manufacturers. It practices waste recycling and operates entirely on “green” environmentally friendly energy.
